1. Acceptance and Scope

By accessing or using the InfoBox applications, including the Web App, native iOS/Android Mobile Apps, and the Google Workspace add-on (collectively, the "Service"), the user agrees to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

The user is authorized to use the Service solely for the benefit of, and as permitted by, the Publisher (the organization that granted access).

2. Limited License to Use the Service

InfoBox grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the InfoBox App only to view content targeted to the user by the Publisher.

Access to the Service is controlled entirely by the Publisher.

3. Content Ownership and Restrictions

Content Ownership:

All information and content displayed within the InfoBox App (documents, data, etc.) is the exclusive property of the Publisher or its licensors.

Prohibited Content Use:

Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, publicly displaying, distributing, or otherwise misusing the Publisher's content, except as explicitly authorized by the Publisher.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Circumvent or disable any security or access controls of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any content not specifically targeted to their audience role.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with the Service’s operation.

5. Termination and Access Control

Termination:

The Publisher has the sole right to terminate or suspend a user’s access to the InfoBox App at any time, for any reason, without liability to InfoBox.

Upon termination, the user must immediately cease all use of the InfoBox App.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

"As Is" Basis:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. InfoBox does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability:

InfoBox is a delivery platform and makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or legality of the content provided by the Publisher. InfoBox’s liability to the end-user is governed by the master agreement with the Publisher.
